do they ask for any proof of I.D like passport etc?

Or can i jus go to say holiday inn express..ask for a double bed for one night..and they'll give it, no questions asked????

I'm under 18 if it matters...

If you're under 18, they could ask for photo ID.

It does depend on what hotel you go to. The better hotels need a credit card upon arrival. If it's a standard B&B/2-3* hotel, they make work around it.

They don't always ask for a credit card. Depends where you obviously. Go to any standard hotel and they won't ask for a credit card. Just find one run by asians, they won't give a **** about your age or a credit card xD
